Villa V is a contemporary property, tucked away in the beautiful Apulian countryside, surrounded by olive groves. Spreading over 200m², this modern style villa offers sleek open-plan living spaces, an impressive infinity pool and 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 guests. For anyone that wants the wow-factor and something different in Puglia, this is the perfect choice!

As you step in to Villa V, the contemporary design and meticulous attention to detail is evident in every corner, creating an atmosphere of elegance and refinement. Large floor to ceiling windows surround the social setting to create a light and spacious feel and allow you to fully appreciate the incredible natural surrounds of the villa. To one end, a comfortable L-shaped sofa creates a space for relaxation, while the central dining space and large kitchen island forms an ideal entertaining area for mealtimes.

Mirroring the indoors, large covered terraces extend to either side of the living area. The first provides a beautiful alfresco dining space, overlooking the olive trees, where you can come together to enjoy delicious homemade locally sourced dishes or family BBQs. To the other side, an outdoor lounge, with comfortable seating, looks out across the infinity pool and down the hillside towards the sea and provides a relaxed area to unwind.

On the lower terrace, the pool is a haven on hot summer days, allowing you to enjoy refreshing swims while appreciating the calm of the peaceful countryside. There are plenty of pool loungers for you to all enjoy as you relax, whether it's to enjoy a good book or delightful cocktail.

Villa V can accommodate up to 8 guests, featuring four exquisitely designed double bedrooms, each serving as a private retreat. These rooms are meticulously crafted to provide both comfort and style, ensuring a restful and rejuvenating stay. There are two en-suite bedrooms on each floor and all give access to the gardens, balconies and terrace spaces.

For extra convenience, air-conditioning is provided throughout the villa, as well as indoor & outdoor parking. The property also has its own security gate with an alarm system and laundry facilities.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the villa, for up to 8 guests, and is offered on a self-catered basis with a daily visit from the concierge team, daily housekeeping and mid-week linen change.

The attractive hillside town of Ostuni, or 'the white city', is found only 10 minutes drive away from the villa with a great selection of shops, restaurants and local amenities. Explore the town's historical sights and vibrant markets. For beach lovers, Villa V is a mere 10-minute drive from the pristine shores of the coast.

For days discovering Puglia's charm, visit Monopoli, a historic harbour town, or Alberobello, an iconic village of trulli houses, both around 20-25 minutes away.

Brindisi and Bari Airports can be reached in 45 and 60 minutes by car, respectively.

When staying in this luxury villa on a self-catered basis, you will be well looked after by a team of industry professionals who want to ensure that your stay is as relaxing and comfortable as possible. On your arrival everything will be set up to make sure your luxury villa holiday in Puglia starts off at its best, beginning with a welcome Apulian basket.

A dedicated concierge service will be on hand daily for 4 hours per day, and 24/7 via WhatsApp, to ensure that every need is met with utmost care and attention. Whether it is to arrange restaurant bookings, airport transfer, local excursions & guides or in villa massage treatments, you will find yourself dealing with an extremely knowledgable team who will be able to assist you every step of the way during your holiday. Daily housekeeping is also included, so you can be sure that the property is being well looked after throughout your stay. You'll find luxury toiletries in every room, and linens are changed mid-week, while bath and pool towels are replaced daily. For those seeking to explore the surroundings, the property also provides complimentary bikes as well as discounts for the local beach clubs.

Should you wish to upgrade your stay to a catered one, there is the possibility to add on the services of an in-villa private chef, allowing you to relax completely. The chefs they work with aim to please with quality local produce and fresh dishes to meet your requirements. Whether you are looking to start each day with fresh coffee and tempting breakfast spread or want to have a full catered experience throughout the day, they can work with you to make the suitable arrangements. All food and drinks will be payable in addition.

Breakfast Service: Fixed fee of €200/per day & €25/person per day for set menu.

Lunch or Dinner Service: Fixed fee of €400/per day & from €65 - 130/person per day for set menu.
