Cornwall is well known for its fabulous scenery and stunning beaches and coves. Bodmin
Located 30 minutes from both the north and south coast beaches, Bodmin and Bodmin Moor is a good central base in Cornwall. It is here you will find the start of the famous Camel Trail which is a traffic-free, walking and cycling route and goes right the way through to Wadebridge and Padstow – you can hire bikes easily and the trail goes past the camel valley vineyard. You can visit two impressive historic houses – Pencarrow and the National Trust's Lanhydrock easily from Bodmin. The undiscovered landscape that is Bodmin Moor with its granite tors, panoramic views, walking opportunities and rugged moorland villages is right on your doorstep and offers lots of outdoor pursuits.

Padstow
Padstow is a pretty seaside town nestled on the Camel Estuary. The coastal waters offer exciting opportunities to the sea angler, from float fishing, spinning from the rocky headlands, beach casting or light tackle fishing; there's enough variety for everyone! The town is vibrant, with a hustle and bustle feel of harbour life, you can stroll around the town exploring the local shops and delicatessen's then dine on locally caught fish, lobster and crab, for which Padstow is so well known - Padstow's is renowned for its resident celebrity chef, Rick Stein who has a variety of restaurants and shops in the town.
Padstow is surrounded by stunning clean sandy beaches - 7 bays are within a five minute drive, as are the villages of St Merryn, St Issey, Little Petherick and St Ervan. The delightful Constantine Bay, Daymer Bay, Harlyn Bay, Porthcothan Bay, Trevone Bay, Treyarnon Bay will leave you spoilt for choice. Catch the ferry taxi across the estuary to Rock and enjoy the lovely restaurants on offer with views of Padstow, then visit the hushed church of St Enodoc where Sir John Betjeman is buried.

Newquay
Newquay is a vibrant coastal town where you can find lots of nightlife and activities for all ages. Mostly known for its fantastic coastline and an array of stunning beaches; great for walking, surfing and making sandcastles. The most popular beaches are Fistral Beach, Tolcarne, Watergate Bay, Lusty Glaze. Newquay has its own airport and is now serving many destinations throughout the UK and Europe.

Falmouth
Located on the south of Cornwall, Falmouth is at the entrance to a large natural harbour and is established as one of the most important packet ship ports in the UK. The port has grown over the past 400 years to a bustling yet chic town with many attractions, such as the National Maritime Museum and Pendennis Castle. Stroll around the mostly pedestrianised town with its many shops and then sit back and enjoy a Cornish pasty whilst looking over to St Mawes or sample the culinary delights at one of Falmouth's mouth watering restaurants. As the evening approaches, enjoy the thriving music scene and then onto one of the handful of nightclubs. There are stylish contemporary bars and lots of characteristic old pubs.

Bude
Bude, located on Cornwall's north coast is renowned for some of the best surfing in the UK, the most popular surfing beaches are Widemouth Bay, Sandymouth and Northcott Mouth. There are two golf courses in Bude; established in 1891, Bude Golf Club is one of Cornwall's finest and most challenging courses. Ivyleaf is a more casual, 9 hole course and has a driving range set in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Bude offers an array of activities including walking, cycling, horse riding, kayaking, swimming, canoeing and rock climbing.
