The Private Reserve is found within the majestic and tranquil eco-friendly luxury resort of Soneva Fushi, one of the Maldives's most exclusive resorts. Spanning over 3,048m², The Private Reserve is the largest villa of the resort, providing space for 16 -20 guests across 9 spacious bedrooms. This property offers privacy, seclusion, an incredible outdoor pool and direct access to the beach, a perfect choice for family groups or special occasions.

The Private Reserve creates an unforgettable tropical escape, combining eco-friendly design with luxury facilities and a plenty of space for relaxation and recreation. As you step into The Private Reserve, the open-air structure captures the spirit of the island paradise, with palm-frond roofs, woven ropes, and tree-branch banisters, showcasing an earthy yet sophisticated ambiance. A spacious living space opens up to the outdoor lounge areas, creating the perfect setting for either socialising or relaxing. Inside, a smaller TV lounge gives a cosy space to relax in the evenings. For mealtimes, a spacious outdoor table sets the perfect atmosphere for alfresco lunches, while a fully equipped kitchen will cater for any in-villa dining needs. There's a second sunken dining area in the centre of the pool, ideal for hosting intimate gatherings or to celebrate special occasions.

At the heart of The Private Reserve is the main terrace, where a lagoon-like swimming pool meanders through the villa's expansive outdoor spaces. Spend afternoons by the pool sunbathing on sun loungers or in the unique sunken seating area, accessible by a bridge. For added fun, there's a catamaran netting area above the water for relaxing, while a water slide descends into the pool, bringing a sense of adventure to the tropical surroundings. To complete the outside areas, you'll find direct access to the beach and shoreline, allowing you to make the most of a beautiful morning sunrise or have a refreshing sea swim.

The villa also features a private spa and relaxation area complete with a steam bath, sauna, treatment room, and outdoor shower. A private gym also allows guests to maintain their fitness routine.

The Private Reserve can accommodate up to 16 guests across a total of nine beautifully designed bedrooms. The master bedroom is a retreat within itself, featuring a private pool, a detached master bathroom with a luxurious garden bathtub, and a private dressing room. A sun deck on the upper floor also provides panoramic views of the surroundings, while an open-air Jacuzzi is perfect for unwinding under the stars. The villa also includes six guest bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed with en-suite bathrooms, and a twin bedroom ideal to sleep 2 children. In addition, for families travelling with a babysitter, the property also includes a single bedroom, designed for a nanny.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the villa for up to 16 adults. The villa is offered with a villa manager and attendant, private chef (on call), complimentary daily breakfast buffet at restaurants 'Down to Earth' or 'So Cold' and full use of the resort facilities, spa and concierge service.

The villa is also available fully catered (with half-board), to include a daily buffet breakfast, dinner service at 'Mihiree Mithaa', 'Down to Earth', 'Fresh in the Garden', 'Out of the Blue' and 'Shades of Green' or credit for any other resort outlet ($250 per adult/ $125 per child). All drinks are charged as extra. Consumption exceeding the credit limit is charged as a supplement.

A Full board catering (Breakfast, lunch and dinner) package is also available as an upgrade.
