The central floor of Villa Utopia's three levels is home to both the main indoor and outdoor living spaces. Inside the villa, across an elegantly designed, contemporary open-plan space you'll find multiple lounge and dining areas, a sleek fully-equipped kitchen, and a stylish art deco bar area. Freely flowing, this space lets you come and go as you please, while floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors lets in plenty of natural light and opens out onto the villa's spacious main terrace. The main lounge area has the additional pleasure of a hidden away projector screen, with surround sound system for the full home cinema experience.

The main terrace of Villa Utopia features an extensive pergola, offering shade from the warmth of the Mediterranean sun, where you'll find luxuriously furnished outdoor lounge and dining areas. Whether cooking up a feast in the villa's kitchen or enjoying a simple meal cooked on the BBQ, this is an idyllic space for your group to dine together, for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! You can find further outdoor sofa areas, loungers, and day beds where you can bask in the heat of the sun, with far-reaching views of the surrounding mountainous landscape that also offers a glimpse of the glistening waters of the Gulf of Corinth. Alternately, explore the extensive gardens and rest on the lush grass beneath the dappled shade of trees.

The key highlight of the outdoor areas of Villa Utopia is its considerable swimming pool, providing you with a fabulous spot to swim and cool off. There is also an outdoor hot tub, providing space to unwind as the sun sets and dusk rolls in. Across Villa Utopia's three floors you can find nine spacious bedrooms, 8 doubles and one twin room, with the villa having the capacity to welcome large groups of up to 18 guests. Large windows grace the bedrooms with sunshine, with white, modern designs helping to further accentuate the light and airy atmosphere. Every bedroom has direct access to a balcony or terrace, and each one is well-appointed with an individually-styled en-suite. There is one double with a separate living space that features a double sofa bed, if you require further space for 2 extra guests.

For convenience, Villa Utopia has elevator access between its floors and a sizeable garage for parking.

Location

Villa Utopia is a Greek luxury villa in the Peloponnese Region, situated in a peaceful location just on the outskirts of the cosmopolitan, lively coastal town of Loutraki. The luxurious and vibrant beaches of Loutraki are located 4km away from the villa, around a 7-minute car journey. Loutraki is well-known for its beaches, thermal springs, casinos and nightlife, with plenty of bars and restaurants, although it is not the only interesting place within easy reach of Villa Utopia.

Further beaches, archaeological sites and more can be discovered in the towns of Corinth and Isthmia, both around 16-minutes drive from the villa. The villa is also well-positioned for hikes in the mountains, with the Sousaki volcano just outside the popular town of Agioi Theodoroi less than 30 minutes drive away.

The closest main airport is Athens International Airport, roughly 1 hour and 15 minutes drive away.
