Oliveto Estate Information

The Oliveto Estate is an expansive, gated estate in Le Marche, comprised of two luxury villas, an extensive 9+ acres of gardens and an abundance of wonderful facilities. The estate can welcome up to 22 guests across its two villas, and offers large groups the perfect space for a relaxing wellness retreat, a corporate getaway or a luxurious celebration.

The Oliveto Estate is made up of Villa Olivo and Villa Oliveto. Externally, the two villas appear like typical houses that you'd find nestled in the Italian countryside, but their charming, rustic exteriors belie an interior design of modern luxury. Both villas enjoy open-plan layouts of their main living spaces, with a number of extra lounge and dining areas to be found in the larger of the two, Villa Olivo. The decor is understated, with calming neutral colours, although plushly furnished with a high quality finish. Villa Olive in particular features ample space, perfect for hosting all 22 guests or dining together inside. There is a large, fully-equipped kitchen in Villa Olivo that can easily manage meals for larger groups. The estate benefits from amazing panoramic views across the rolling hills of the Le Marche countryside and out towards the beautiful waters of the Adriatic Sea.

Outside, the Oliveto Estate benefits from over 9 acres of gardens for its guests to explore, which can be used to freely move between the two villas of the estate. There are multiple outdoor lounge and dining areas, including one well-equipped to handle a whole group dinner, as well as BBQs and outdoor pizza ovens for garden parties and tasty lunches. A firepit can provide warmth on chillier summer evenings. The two villas each benefit from outdoor swimming pools, one of which contains an integrated Jacuzzi at one end, with pool loungers and comfortable bean bag seating providing plentiful relaxation time in the sun. The gardens also feature a tennis court and the pleasant grove of olive trees, the inspiration behind the estate's name, which they cultivate to make their own olive oil.

Oliveto Estate is adeptly set up for a relaxing spa and wellness retreat. In addition to the two outdoor swimming pools, Villa Olivo features an intimate spa area with indoor Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and emotional shower. There are gym facilities located here also, as well as in the pool house of Villa Oliveto's 21m pool. The estate also features a spacious yoga studio, a larger space with a massive terrace that can host classes of yoga and Pilates, or be used for indulgent massage treatments. The yoga studio also features a projector and can be set up as a seminar space.

Also in the pool house is a bar area and table tennis and table football facilities, providing further entertainment to your days spent at the Oliveto Estate. These can be enjoyed in the shade of the pool house or set up in any one of the decked areas around the villas. TV lounges offer quiet evenings of respite, on days when you're not busy entertaining groups.

Oliveto Estate features room for up to 22 guests overall, in 11 luxurious double bedrooms, all of which can also be taken as twin rooms. The rooms are elegant and understated, lavishly furnished with individual styles along a similar motif. They all come with en-suite shower rooms. An attic room in Villa Olivo has a lower ceiling, set in the eaves of the villa, while a garden annexe contains one bedroom, offering a little bit of extra privacy for its occupants.

The villas are both heated and air-conditioned, with on-site laundry facilities. There is lots of outdoor parking available, for at least 9 cars.

Location

The Oliveto Estate is a pair of luxury villas in Le Marche, in a peaceful location just outside Civitanova Alta. The estate affords incredible views out across the Adriatic Sea.

Civitinova Alta is a quaint village in the walls of a Medieval castle, dating back to the 13th century. Located a little over 15-minutes walk from the villas, there are lots of sights to see including museums and art galleries to visit, as well as this being the location of the closest restaurants and bars to the villa.

The Oliveto Estate is a short distance by car to the beach, just 6 minutes in the car to the main beach at Fontespina. A little way up the coast, just 10 minutes in the car, there is Civitanova Marche, with more beaches and plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés and shops to explore. Civitanove Marche also hosts a popular marina, while along the coast there are many opportunities for watersports in Le Marche. A 40-minute drive up the coast will bring you to the region's capital, Ancona, with even more historical attractions and places to visit in Le Marche.

There is a limited concierge service available, one that can be upgraded to a 24/7 service at an additional cost, meaning you will always have someone to help with any issues and enquiries you have during your holiday. The range of bespoke services on hand is comprehensive, allowing you to craft your perfect villa holiday in Italy. Everything from simple services to get your holiday started off right, like stocking the pantry and fridge with supplies, and housekeeping, to private chefs, transport around the area, and childcare. Not only that, the Oliveto Estate has a long list of wonderful experiences that can be added to enhance your holiday experience. A welcome basket on arrival to the villa includes Prosecco, and any necessary amenities and cleaning supplies you might need during the week. Your villa will be all set up ready to welcome you to your holiday, from luxurious linens in the bedrooms to towels and toiletries in the bathrooms. Each bedroom will feature two sets of bathroom towels, with each guest provided a set of towels for the pool, spa and gym, in addition to bathrobes.

The Oliveto Estate is committed to working towards a future of more sustainable travel, with a number of actions and features that work towards this eco-friendly goal. The villa has solar panels to heat the water system, and collects rainwater in underground wells and reservoirs, used to keep the garden fresh. Recycling all plant waste to use as mulch is also done where possible. The olive grove and garden is also used to produce the villa's own olive oil, fruit and vegetables, with any other food ingredients and other products sourced as locally as possible. In Villa Olivo, a heat exchanger uses outdoor air to reduce consumption of power when heating the pool, which is available on a request basis in the shoulder season months (Apr-Jun, Sept-Nov). Not limited to only helping the environment, the Oliveto Estate champions the surrounding region by supporting local partners and community. Maintaining the integrity of Le Marche and ensuring the destination remains beneficial to both its locals and visitors.
