The villa itself is a spacious single-story house, designed with both comfort and elegance in mind. As you step inside, an expansive open-plan living area create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Here, large windows flood the interior with natural light, and from nearly every corner, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the picturesque island of Tagomago. On one side, a comfortable seating area creates the perfect setting to unwind after a day of exploration or catching up with one another. While, a classy dining area and a nearby fully-equipped modern kitchen will cater to the lovingly preparations of gourmet meals. The style of the space is crisp, defined and artistic, blending with a Mediterranean feel and coastal atmosphere.

Villa Aurea is designed to accommodate up to 12 guests, with six beautifully appointed double bedrooms, all complete with their own en-suite facilities. Within the main villa, you will find the impressive master suite, elegant in style and incredibly spacious. The master, features a large private terrace looking out to Tagomago island, a dressing room and generous en-suite with freestanding bathtub and shower. Also in the main villa is a second bedroom, best reserved for children, well suited to keep the entire family close by or for when you are a smaller group looking to keep to the main property. Outside, you'll find 4 further bungalows, each an individual private bedroom, with sea views and an en-suite. Many original elements feature throughout for character including, ceramic beans and white Mallorcan stone walls. This is combined with authentic wood, designer furniture, and iconic headboards, for a completely individual style with Balearic influence.

For extra convenience, air-conditioning is provided throughout the villa, as well as an indoor & outdoor sound system. The property also has its own laundry facilities and private parking.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the property for up to 12 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping.

Villa Aurea is located in northern Ibiza, where an unspoilt and private location can be appreciated for a peaceful Ibizan holiday retreat. The villa sits within 5-hectares of parkland, amongst the pine groves and offering enchanting sea views looking out towards Tagomago Island. Via a short path, the villa leads directly down to a small sandy and rocky beach with private access from the cliff.

The villa offers an idyllic position for making the most of the popular northern corner of Ibiza. You will be just a 10 minutes drive from the charming village of Santa Eulalia des Riu, where you can find a selection of local restaurants, bars, and shops. You will also be just a stone's throw from the beaches of Aigües Blanques and Sant Vincente only 3-minutes drive away, offering easy access to some of Ibiza's most beautiful and unspoilt coastline.
