The luxurious Villa Terra Creta is a perfect base for enjoying a holiday in Crete, offering privacy, beautiful sea views and a tempting outdoor swimming pool. With 5 bedrooms in the main villa, you can comfortably accommodate 10 guests. There is also the option to add 4 more guests on request. The villa is well suited for both family holidays or all adult groups.

Villa Terra Creta's modern architectural design creates a harmonious and calm space for guests to enjoy. Inside, you'll find a laid-back, glamorous style that enables guests to feel right at home. Light interiors, and tiled floors make the lounge a tranquil setting, where you are able to recline on a large L-shaped sofa in front of a winter fireplace. Adjacent, a formal dining area overlooks the terrace offering an intimate setting for mealtimes, while the sleek and modern kitchen will cater to your culinary needs.

Villa Terra Creta encourages guests to make the most of its outdoor spaces. Stepping out onto the main terrace, a covered area offers a beautifully presented alfresco lounge and dining space. Here, you can appreciate mesmerizing sunsets year-round, with panoramic views of the picturesque town of Chania, including its iconic renovated lighthouse at the old Venetian harbour. The villa also offers a unique "Turkish Oda" found in the converted ancient well, a perfect setting for apéritifs before enjoying a BBQ or Pizza evening, prepared in the outdoor kitchen.

The main highlight of Villa Terra Creta is the ecologically purified, and heated infinity pool. Along with a nearby pool bar and loungers, this space invites guests to spend their days basking in the sun, enjoying a refreshing swim while taking in views. Back inside, there is also a spa area where guests can maintain their fitness routine in the fully equipped gym, unwind in the villa sauna and steam bath, or book a relaxing massage session.

Keeping kids entertained at Villa Terra Creta will be easy between the pool, garden and children's play area with swing set, slide and climbing frame. There is also a TV Lounge in the villa, providing a perfect place for movies, reading or games.

Villa Terra Creta can accommodate up to 10 guests across 5 beautifully decorated bedrooms. There's an impressive master which dominates the first floor, offering a lounge area with sea views, dressing room and private office. It also features an en-suite with double shower and unique Jacuzzi plunge pool. The second bedroom, on this floor, is perfect for children or additional guests, including two single beds and a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub. There are two further en-suite double bedrooms on the lower ground floor as well as a studio bedroom on the ground floor, set up as a private space with a double bedroom and extra space for 2 guests on request.

For convenience, air-conditioning is provided throughout the villa, as well as laundry facilities and ample outdoor parking.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the villa for up to 10 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping service (excluding Sundays). Up to two extras can be accommodated in the main villa on request at a supplement of €350 EUR per person.

For larger groups, a separate annexe apartment is available on request (min 7 night stays only). A weekly supplement of €3,000 (September 14th - 31st May) and €3,500 (1st June - September 13th) will apply, please enquire.

Minimum stays of 3 nights (14th September-31st May) & 7 nights (1st June- 13th September) will apply.

The nearest beaches are also only a 10-20 minute drive away, allowing you to make the most of your island paradise with ease.
