In typical villa style, the living areas of Villa La Bohème are spacious, bright and immaculate, with small flourishes of colour that add personality to the pristine space. A sizeable, comfortable lounge offers a good place to unwind as a group, while the dining/kitchen area is expertly equipped to host evening meals, with a fitted kitchen seamlessly blending in with the central dining area.

Where Villa La Bohème truly excels is in its outdoor areas, approximately 1.8 acres of luscious vegetation that includes an acre of vineyards, a heated swimming pool, and a classic pétanque pitch. A terrace with a bioclimatic pergola allows you to control the sunlight and airflow. There is an outdoor BBQ with space for alfresco dining, while pool loungers and parasols surround the pool for a relaxing respite. Frolic in the gardens and explore the acres of land or take part in a friendly game of pétanque, the possibilities are unlimited. From the garden, a short walk will lead you to the soft sands and rolling tide of Pampelonne Beach.

Villa La Bohème can sleep up to 8 guests in total, with four double/twin bedrooms in the main villa. The four bedrooms are contemporary and chic, with plush beds, stylish flair and direct access to the considerable garden space. All bedrooms come as en-suite, with a luxurious walk-in shower.

During LOW & MID SEASON (April, May, June, September & October) the villa is offered on a self-catered basis.

During HIGH SEASON (July & August) the villa is offered on a bed & breakfast basisto include daily breakfast and daily cleaning.

Location

Villa La Bohème occupies a stellar location, in an expansive estate of nearly 2 acres, a short walk from the famous Pampelonne Beach outside St Tropez.

A 10 minute walk will deliver you to the golden sands of Pampelonne, along which you will find several beachside restaurants. An hour walk from here, or just 10 minutes by car, and you will find yourself on Cap Camarat, where you can expect some incredible panoramic seascapes.

The nearest town, Ramatuelle, is just 7 minutes away by car, where you will find a few restaurants and bars to try out. Just 12 minutes drive will take you over to the glitzy St Tropez, along with the incredible assortment of restaurants, cafés, bars and cultural highlights of this renowned town.
