Villa Le Bleu consists of the main villa building and a few individual smaller buildings that make up Petite Le Bleu at the entrance to the property. The main villa building is home to your primary living areas, found on the upper level to maximise the stellar sea views. A welcoming lounge area sits central on the upper floor, with a convivial dining space and an airy, expertly-equipped kitchen found in the rooms on either side.

Naturally, on a luxury villa holiday to Anguilla, like with any Caribbean island, the outdoor spaces are the main showcase. The upper level of the main house features an expansive balcony with a swimming pool, alfresco dining area and abundance of relaxing loungers positioned towards the incredible ocean scenery. Day beds and outdoor lounge seating can be found around the villa's second swimming pool, located in the Petite Le Bleu section of the estate. This is also where you will find the villa's BBQ area to indulge on some delicious local delicacies and Caribbean barbecue. The estate enjoys an extensive area of landscaped gardens, including the delightful water garden area. The gardens culminate in a water's edge dining and entertainment space, next to the villa's own private beach and outdoor hot tub.

Another highlight comes in the form of a floodlit tennis court, perfect for cooler evening matches after sunset. The tennis pavilion hosts a fitness suite for more specialised workouts. More activities can be enjoyed during your holiday at Villa Le Bleu, with the villa coming well-equipped with kayaks, snorkelling equipment, paddleboards and also beach volleyball gear. One of the buildings of Petite Le Bleu has also been equipped into a multi-functional entertainment suite, perfect for a break from the sun or some after-dinner entertainment. Whether unwinding in the cinema room and TV lounge, or enjoying some friendly competition at the pool table and air hockey, you will not be left short of things to do at the villa.

Villa Le Bleu welcomes large groups of 20-22 guests. The rooms are spacious and light, with an understated luxury. Many feature large windows that offer beautiful sea views and direct access outside. There are 8 main bedrooms in the main house, along with an office with pull-out bed, with two bedrooms located in their own buildings in the Petite Le Bleu part of the estate, ideal for those guests wanting a bit of extra privacy.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout. Villa Le Bleu has laundry facilities and ample parking, with spaces in the garage and externally.

For larger groups, Villa Le Bleu can be taken alongside the neighbouring villa, Villa Indigo which sleeps up to 20 guests, for large groups of 42 guests or that need 20 bedrooms. Whilst both completely private, they connect via a gate on their borders.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the villa for up to 22 guests and is offered with full staff services (manager, professional chef and assistant, butler, hosts, housekeeping, and security). Food and drink is charged in addition at cost price plus 15%.

Prices do not include local taxes of 13%, or a mandatory service charge of 10%, which will be calculated on top of the advertised rates.

Location

Villa Le Bleu is a luxury beachfront villa in Anguilla, located in a secluded spot in Little Harbour, with its own private beach and amazing views across the Caribbean Sea.

The villa enjoys a small private beach, and it is also conveniently a 10 minute drive from the renowned beaches of Rendezvous Bay and Sandy Ground Beach, where you will have the opportunity to enjoy watersports or a number of beachfront bars and restaurants.

One of the nearest villages to Villa Le Bleu is George Hill, about 4 minutes drive, where you will find a small selection of shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. 7 minutes in the car will take you to The Valley, Anguilla's capital, for a greater selection. In the opposite direction, you are only 4 minutes from Blowing Point. You will find more restaurants, bars and shops here, as well as this being the main ferry port, where you can get boat charters across to the island of Saint Martin.
